{TSL}'s Halloween Closet::FAIRY PRINCESS

It's that time of year again, where It's socially acceptable to dress like a freak, a monster, or for girls (as famously said by LiLo in 'Mean Girls'- ) a slut, and no one can say anything about it!

But did you know that your Halloween costume could already be in your closet?...

(or more accessible then hiring or buying a costume.)

So what are you going as for Halloween?...

Pretty as a fairy princess!

See this one is just plain cute!

Remember when you were 12years old and wearing glitter was not social suicide?

Lets rewind, & go back to making our child hood dreams (or mine anyway) of becoming a fairy reality...at least for one night. ;p

This costume is the perfect opportunity to::

1) whip out that frilly, sparkly, shiny, dress you brought cause you absolutely couldn't resist it but would never ever wear it cause your not 13...or barbie..or snooki.

2) Dig up your year 10 or 12 formal dress, cause lets be real 99.9% of the reason you got that dress was cause you wanted to have the best dress of the night & if you went to a school like mine, that meant shiny,glittery,glitzy girlishness!

It can be long or short just as long as it sparkles... Actually...

think of the wedding dresses from "My Big Fat Gypsy Wedding!"...Okay, maybe that's a little too far....:/

While your thinking of glitter..Remember the spray on glitter that smelt like Bananas and your mother/dance teacher insisted upon spraying you periodically with it 1hour before you went on stage to "make you shine"?...

So we're half way to Mirror ball & we want to be fairies so why not a little further?...

Metallic eye shadows & long lashes help with the girly over load...and light on the eyeliner!

It's that time of year again, where It's socially acceptable to dress like a freak, a monster, or for girls (as famously said by LiLo in 'Mean Girls'- ) a slut, and no one can say anything about it!

But did you know that your Halloween costume could already be in your closet?...

(or more accessable then hiring or buying a costume.)

So what are you going as for Halloween?...

A new Zombie?

This one's fun!

And easy.

All you need is a plain white T-shirt, and some three qauter pants... denim works well beacuse the soaks & looks aged...and everyone has it.

Here is the part where you'll cringe..Take sicssors to your shirt!

when i say this i dont mean your favorite or band new shirt from cotton on or sports girl..Im talking about the $5 shirt from K-mart I'm going to tell you to buy.

:: buy a $5 shirt from K-mart! ;p

Cut, slash, fray and mutilate however you please!!

*for an even better effect cut it and leave pieces hanging randomly and where a red or green tank top under your white shirt!*

If your feeling brave about running your clothes or need to let some EXtra (;]) frustration out fraying your jeans will definatly help the aesthetic =]

For your Zombie hair were going back to the 80's so whip out your crimper!

Crimp and hairspray random pieces of your hair making sure you and volume to the crown.

Zombie make-up is fun! (ask taylor momsen ;p)

Heavy black eyeshadow on the top & bottom lids with help sink your dead featchers.

Now your probably wondering why i have a brown palette in the set., this is to create depth and shadow in your skin (watch petrilude!)

Also for those of us that arnt really keen on getting dirt and rubbing it into your clothes or skin.

(though it probablyu look better to get real dirt)

If your going for real dirt you might aswell go ahead and add some twiggs to your hair and some in clothes. its halloween why not!

Normally i do everything in my power to make sure/ repair chipped nails... in this instants paint your nails roughly and chip them, then for the finishing touch::

Corn syrup & Red food dye= BLOOD!

It's that time of year again, where It's socially acceptable to dress like a freak, a monster, or for girls (as famously said by LiLo in 'Mean Girls'- ) a slut, and no one can say anything about it!

But did you know that your Halloween costume could already be in your closet?...

(or more accessable then hiring or buying a costume.)

So what are you going as for Halloween?...

A Seductive Vampire, you say?

All you need as that sexy LBD thats hanging in your closet!

Heres the great things about this costume idea:

-You already own the dress.( if you dont its not hard to find)

-If you have one then you know it fits you perfectly!!

-..And last but deffinatly not least: It's black, which means its sliming.

Team your LBD with Sexy heels. and a stylish clutch!

For accessories, expensive looking jewellary is a must, it adds some bling to your look, dazzels & well..Vampires always seem to have really expensive stuff that they pay for with their ancient (endless) bank accounts.

Make up is a must- normally id tell you to leave the heavy eye make-up in your beauty bag if your wearing a red lip, BUT i dont feel like getting bitten & its Halloween, why not?..and while your there, Long red nails and fake eyelashes to finish off your sexy look!

For your hair a sexy curl is just what you need to accenturate the curves in your killer LBD!

To finish, Run (really fast, cause it's easy for you ;p ) over to your local $2 bargin shop and pick up some Vampire teeth to set of those sexy red lips, then Go stalk the night!
