Perf..ect. for christmas. =]

I have said it before but i love perfume
It can change & set the mood for an outfit.
And since it's six weeks till Christmas
I thought I'd give you a guide for some great perfumes that everyone that suite any woman and create moods...so you don't have to shop too much this Christmas. =]

Daisy-Marc Jacobs.
This is a very elegant yet youthful fragrance. I'm head over heels in love with. Daisy features Violet Leaf, Wild Strawberry, Grapefruit Middle Note: Violet, Jasmine, Gardenia & a Base Note of White Woods, Musk, Infusion Of Vanilla. mmmmm yum. =]

Love Rocks-Victoria's secret.(Taylor momsen)
I love the auto-miser on the bottle its so sexy and so is the smell. The top notes include bergamot, peony and raspberry sorbet, sandalwood flower, jasmine, peach nectar, plum and stephanotis, with a dry-down base of golden amber, violet, cashmere musk and vanilla.
This is not an overly feminine fragrence-more of a sexy mysterious aroma.

Kim Kardashian-Kim Kardashian.
I'm not a fan of the woman behind it but this fragrance is beautiful!
It's like a very very sexy Chanel perfume.
It features Mandarin, Honey Suckle, Orange Blossom, Pink Jasmine, Tuberose, Sensual Spice, Lush Gardenia, Jacaranda Wood, Tonka Bean, Vanilla Orchid, Musk, Creamy Sandalwood.

Fancy-Jessica Simpson.
Again I'm not a fan of the woman but she like KK makes a hell of a perfume!
Fancy is Pear and juicy Apricot Nectar wrapped with the glow of Red Fruits, dewy Gardenia laced with the delicacy of Night Blooming Jasmine. Toasted Almonds and Caramel, Creamy Sandalwood, Amber Crystals &Vanilla Crème.
It's very pretty & feminine but still strong and a little bit sexy.

Forbidden Rose- Avril Lavigne.
As you guys know, i wear Avril's first purfume alot.
but this one is really different with red apple, white peach and Bourbon vanilla,
lotus, heliotrope and fresh green apple, warm vanilla and chocolate & creamy sandalwood.
Its a darker version of "black star" but still smells like you could eat it!

Miss Dior Cherie- Dior.

This is such a pretty fragrance with Green Tangerine, Violette, Pink Jasmine, Patchouli, Crystalline Musk, Strawberry Leaves, Caramelized Popcorn, Strawberry Sorbet. Yumm.......................I'm loving the sound of the caramelized popcorn, =]

 Chance-Chanel.

Another beautiful Chanel creation with notes of white musk, hyacinth and citron, pink pepper, jasmine, fresh vetiver, orris absolute and amber patchouli. Chanel is like a lighter version of No.5-but still carries the sweetness and elegance of the original.

Princess-Vera Wang.
 Think sweet & innocent.
Princess is very pretty with water lily, apple, mandarin meringue,
and golden apricot skin, dark chocolate, amber, musk, and vanilla.
The bottle is very cute too.

With love- Hilary duff.
Now you all know how crazy i am about anything duff. lol
but this perfume is so nice.
It's very rich and elegant with mangosteen fruit, exotic spices, chai latte,
mangosteen blossom, cocobolo wood, balsam, incense, amber milk and amber musk.
It's very musk and again a very pretty bottle.
Radience- Britney Spears.

The new fragrance for the princess of...everything.
The 6th fragrance for Brit is created with Luscious berries and dewy petals of pure white flowers, Tuberose, jasmine, orange flower & iris, precious amber woods..
Its defiantly stronger then her others- but if you like 'believe' then you'll love this one.

Beauty- Calvin Klein.

This is a very feminine & sophisticated fragrance which opens with top notes of Ambrette Seeds, middle notes of Jasmine and dries down to base notes of Cedar wood.
It's very clean cut elegance, and is very charming.

So there you have it.
10 gorgeous perfumes for you sister, besite, & mum.
happy shopping & smelling.

Rock'n' or AGHHHHH!

Taylor Momsen.
The "evolution" is not a phenomenon-but a travesty!

Dear Mr & Ms Momsen;
I understand that your daughter wants to be a star,
and that you have fully embraced her dreams of world domination.
I can see that you have also given her total freedom to be herself, (and Madonna)
and obviously have forgotten to give her minimal, if any guide lines.
I'd like to inform you that your parenting style is, interesting...to say the least.
While i hear no complaints from your 17 year old (forgot did you?)daughter
i do from my eyes, the media and well the world.
Giving your daughter the freedom to be whoever it is she wants
is a trait and parenting skill that i wish my mother had adopted.
In saying that; letting your daughter walk around in practically nothing is one thing,
but in front of the world is another.
Please give your daughter some kind of dignity as she seems to have none she has chosen to keep for her self.

Dear Taylor;
It's not rebelling when the whole world sees it.
Its just called showing off.
We get it your a I don't give a F%$#! Rock star that plays in a band with hairy, sweaty, old men.
Yes you have great legs and we all Love/Hate you for them.
we've seen them.
now put them away!
Regards while Begging;
The fashion world.

The pretty reckless.

Like her "style" ...
but don't want to look like trash?
Here's some options =]
dej

Firstly;;
2-3 " of extra fabric isn't
going to kill your vibe!!!
Be modest.

Night-
Stocking are one of Taylor's staple pieces.
But they can change the whole look on an outfit.
With fish nets keep everything else light and simple.
a statement dress is about all you need to rock out.
Add skulls for good measure.
..and really high heels; cause your a Rock star baby!!!

Make up-
Red lips & eyeliner are like guitar pic's to rock chicks.
can't like without it.
like anything else-use in moderation.
If you want heavy eyes-chose a light lip...
and visa verse.
Note- all you need is a medium line of liquid eyeliner.
Panda eyes are not a good look.
*cough* Taylor!
add a matte foundation, and lengthening mascara to complete.

Day-
Studs are a great way to jazz up an outfit without jewelry
plus they are a rock chic's bestie.
A cute leather mini and plain singlet top is an easy way to achieve a rock vibe,
Add a boy friend blazer to pull in your waist,
and a hot pair of heeled boots and you have Rock 'n' Roll.

I would like to state that i do like Taylor.
I love her music.
just not her fashion.
or some of the things she said.
but no ones perfect.
hopefully she'll grow up....
soon.
or hire a stylist.
=]

What makes you feel like a Rock star?

shhh its a secret...

It's that time of the year again when we all watch our TV screens,
wishing, praying & hoping that one day we may (please god)
be as beautiful as the Victoria's secret models.

This time of year is always marked by a dazzling appearance of a beautiful bra
(and girl) all over the media, that makes girls everywhere wish they were a millionaire and men everywhere wish...well just wish..
This year it's Adriana Lima, who has the honor of once again..filling
the jewel-encrusted designer bra which is always the centerpiece of the annual runway show that captures the attention of millions.
And this week featured at the Victoria's Secret store in SoHo.
Lima adorned the VS legacy  accoumpanied but Male Models in Tuxedos,
wearing and extra $1 million worth of diamonds, besides the bra and a blue & pink high waisted tuxedo skirt and white gloves.
The Bitcheauty got to arrive in a classic white convertible.

This year's ‘Fantasy Bombshell Bra' selection was designed by Damiani and
features ’ 3,000 precious stones and over 1542 carats of white diamonds, blue sapphires and blue topaz, all set in 18-carat white gold.
Doesn't it sound nice!
The Bra's Icy $2 million price tag is nice as well, but do you honstly expect any different from the house of luxury lingerie?
This stunning piece with a blue and white design was inspired by celestial and constellation patterns.
The Victoria's Secret fashion show isn't taped till Nov.10 & airs in the US on Nov.30 so we have a little while to wait.
What tub of ice cream are you bringing to the occasion?
hehehe

Where would you wear a $2 million bra???

Polly dolly

The beauty behind the creation; Danimezza
This weeks theme;
The ultimate bag.
=]
I would do ANYTHING.
for this bag.
I know its kind boring compared to others
but this is the one bag that i want more then anything.

It's so pretty and big,and can carry anything.
and it's gorgeous!
oh, did i mention it's Chanel?
*dies*

You can wear it with anything,
But for me Chanel is the height of Sophistication and elegance.
So whether your pairing it with jeans, shorts, a skirt of a dress.
it needs to be lady-like.

When i saw this dress i wanted to grab it off polyvore and put it in my closet.
Its perfect!
It adds a little splash of colour to the look and keeps with the elegance
of Chanel with it's high neckline.

A messy (but neat bun) keeps hair sophisticated and out of the way.
Accessories with A statement cocktail ring, bangles and a simple pendent necklace.
Make up should be kept light but don't be afraid to play with red lips.
What do you think?
Whats your dream bag?...
love;;

Fashion on a budget??...what budget??...

Yer,Yer I know-
"Neysha....what... are you talking about?"

Fashion doesn't have to cost you your wages.
Granted you can not make your own pair of Chuck Taylor All Stars.
But you can get close for $6.00.
(Do you really care about the star in a circle?)

ahhh it's a gold mine.
I have trusty basics, fail safe shoes, and dress jewelry that i wear over & over and....
There is alot there you just have to know what your looking for!
As i said-Kmart is fantastic for basics-
ballet flats ($10)
One tone t-shirts & singlets. ($7)
etc.
You can find something that will work with something else.
I guarantee you.

Yep,not a massive fan.
but it has to be doing something right.
For me-there are only 3 things that i ever willingly go into supre for.
-tights.
-really massively huge shirts & jerseys.
& basic tops.
Their sizes are off, the music is crap, the designs are sometimes just....well tea-towels.
the customer "service" is...well anything but service.
I was once literally asked-
"why are you here Hun? big city chic is on the floor 2"
Umm "Hun" im  a supre size 14 you bloody....
*siigh*
moving on.
Now supre ;like Kmart is a "basics" brand.
Everything spawned by Satan..Supre is a basic cut or colour.
(& stitching *cough*)
Yes supre is cheap-but why pay $10 for a singlet when you can pay $5!
Supre has clearance stores & a warehouse.
like Haymarket in the city
Click here for your nearest store/clearance store.=]

Every girls personal jewelry box.
great for those one off statement pieces.
over priced and 90% likely to turn your skin green or break.
or both.
But we love it!
Did you know there's a Diva warehouse?
Diva Warehouse
Unit 8, 9-13 Winbourne Rd
Brookvale 2100.
So who's driving?

I  have 3 letter for you.
D.I.Y
These stores have D.I.Y ideas on their sites all year round,
it's not hard, hell of a lot cheaper & heaps of fun.
(plus its your design)
Going to Melbourne cup anyone?
Click here for some D.I.Y ideas.
This is great to do if your going as a group, before the MC assisted by Champagne
and your best girl friends.
=]

Its not hard to find 90% of your wardobe essentials for under $50.
take note of sales.
watch websites.
Join (free) VIP clubs & newsletters for discounts.

When at your local westfield ask Concierge Desk & look for the
"the little book of big offers"

There is a coupon for everything to cater for everyone.

(take like.... 5. at least. or 6 hehehehe)

Do you know of other places, stores, offers etc
that your not afraid to part with?
comment below.=]
Love.

Classy Summer Classics. part 2.

Look One;;
The denim skirt.
So,so easy to get wrong...
As I've stated before, and i'll say it again-
it shouldn't be just under your..cha cha.
And it shouldn't be so tight that you need a can opener to get you out!
*coughs*
moving on...
Beaded necklines and tribal print tops work well with denim-
it keeps the natural vibe,
and adds texture to the outfit.

Look Two;;
The summer dress.
I love these dresses!
& if i had the body for them,
id have nothing else in my summer closet but these.
The trick to these it the colors.
these dresses cant be mono-toned.
so accessories & make up have to be kept light.
I'm a push-over when it comes to flower rings.
I wear mine to death!
they mesh perfectly with a sweet little summer dress =]
(i love this bag!!!!)

Look Three;;
Tailored Shorts.
These are perfect for shopping in heat.
with loose fitting cotton, so your skin doesn't choke-
they are a great summer alternative to heavy-sticky denim.
Tailored shorts are a nice way to sophisticate summer.
the K.I.S.S method applies religiously with these pieces
as you cant over crowd them,at all.
or you'll end up looking like your drowning in fabric.
The other key-these shorts are meant to be wore loosely!

So what do you think?
Would you like to see more a Classy Summer Classics part 3?
Love;;

I heart {parts} of my body...2010

Want to know that the hell im on about... this time?

First of all let me say that i love parts of my body.
As a woman i believe that no matter how hard you try-
no matter what your still going to have some part of your body that you don't like.

The strength is not liking your whole body after you have 'perfected' it.
But liking & dealing with the parts that you don't like and moving on.
I have to admit that i haven't achieved this at all yet.
But for now...

One.
I love my boobs.
My mothers genes gave me natural DD's since i was about fourteen.
though while were being honest.
DD's can sometimes be big pains in the butt!

Two.
My stomach.
I do have thick legs as the Missy Elliot/Ciara song says
but i don't have a chubby waist.
My hips and my ribs stick out and some how i pulled a flat stomach out of my gene pool!
(I'm talented like that hahahaha)
I love that way my waist is tiny compared to my curves.
perfect for corsets, seems to make dressing up in 40's-50's clothes look more authentic.
=]

Three.
My eyes/eyebrows.
I can honestly say that i have never plucked or waxed my eyebrows.
with my eyes...to everyone else they probably look brown.
but when the light hits them, they kinda have a amber/gold color to them.
&&
in tie for 3rd place.
My cheekbones..
cause they are always so pronounced.
hehehehe
I have to throw a quick shout out to my friend & fellow blogger Victoria.
Hunny you are so brave and i salute you, look up to you & am proud to know you.

Mini Polly Dolly

The gorgeous girl behind the madness-danimezza
This weeks theme?
The mini skirt.

mini
I'm not a big fan of mini skirts.
As i honestly don't have the body to wear them.
But they are great for a night out on the town!

Mini skirts are easy to fail with.
The length can make all the difference.
A good may is to measure...
If it's more than 5cm above your knees..
IT'S TOO SHORT!!!!!
*coughs.*
With a statement color like this you need to keep everything neutral.
simple pumps and a nice clutch will help keep the look a little smarter.

I love this cuff.
The color is a perfect match and it adds a little texture to the out fit.
With this look i kept the color in sections;
top-eyeshadow.
middle-cuff.
bottom-skirt.
Just so that the eyes glide over the look and not focus on one area.
It helps to tye it all together-achieving an over all look.
with makeup in this color pallet make sure you don't over kill.
a little can go a long way. =]

Are you partying the weekend away?
Love

I cant wait to get my hands on this book! =]

The coolest Barbie ever!...

When i was a kid Barbie consumed most of my time.
I had the Mansion, the camper van,the stables, the horses, the beach house, the Porsche car,the makeover torso
everything.

I now have 6 tubs full of Barbies,Ken's & Kelly (and her friends)
Every Thursday night after Moonbeams/Sunbeams;;
(Salvation army's version of Girl scouts)
If i was good, and i wore my uniform correctly, and i didn't argue that i didn't want to go that night my mummy would buy me a Barbie (or Barbie accessory)
I loved Barbie.

And as much as I adore the plastic fantastic (unrealistic) image of beauty
and associate most of my childhood with Barbie..
I still cannot contemplate spending $510,000 on one.
This IS the Ultimate Barbie!
Canturi and his favorite girl.

Sydney jeweler Stefano Canturi in association with Mattel has created
'Bling Barbie', A one-of-a-kind doll showing off a one-carat Australian argyle pink diamond necklace designed by Canturi who also designed Barbies stilettos, strapless dress, hair & make-up!
The jewelry pieces include over three carats of diamonds; a Canturi necklace with a one carat, emerald cut pink diamonds and a stunning diamond ring on her right hand.
"I wanted the jewelry design to pay homage to Barbie's modern yet timeless style, this is why I applied my Cubism design concept to her look; it is perfect for her,"-Canturi.

After Barbie tours cites like New York,Geneva & Hong Kong Barbie will then be auctioned at the famous Christie's Auction House in NYC on October 20th.2010 with all proceeds going towards The Breast Cancer foundation.
Great cause.
Great idea.
But i have to wonder who has this kind of money lying around that they can just fitter away at auction;let alone on a hunk of plastic wearing an designer outfit and ice to match?
She better secretly talk or walk or have long lasting plastic!

Oh...and did you know that Barbie and Ken broke up In 2004!!!
(Mattel announced the split but didn't say why..weird)
I was wondering why all my Ken's were in separate tubs then my Barbies.

What would you dress your ultimate Barbie in?
