When it comes to fashion and style people will do anything. 

They will not pay the rent so they can buy that dress,

Or not eat for a week so they can afford that pair of shoes.

they will wait all night in a line that's longer then the Myer Christmas sales just for a damn phone.

Fashion is the business of keeping up to date, being well informed

&& some times patient. 

But how long is to long to wait for a in-fashion item?

Remember when Sam from 'Sex and the City' 

got fired as Lucy Liu's Publicist because she used Lucy's name to score herself a Birkin?

Well what if it was all for nothing?

For years women have been waiting...and waiting..to get there manicured hands on one of these bags.

It's a well known fact in the fashion industry that if you want one you have to be patient as there is a 2 year waiting list...

Or so we thought.

According to Michael Tonello, author of “Bringing Home The Birkin" 

Hermes Australia confirmed there never was a waiting list.

Sweet carrie candy.

I've been saying that i was going to do this for a while..and yes each book does deserve its own blog but there is a method to my madness...most of the time. =] So here we go...

La Candy;Sweet little lies-Lauren Conrad.

In her last book Lauren left us angry at Madison,a little mad at Jesse,mad at Jane for not listening to Scarlett and a little pissed off at Jane for being stupid with Barden.
Over all when 'La candy' finished you wanted more..needed more.And in Sweet little lies Lauren gives it to you. you can tell she enjoyed writing this one more as the characters are already established in the first book,its not so much "work" for the reader to remember who everyone is..and its easy to fall back into and not have to read the first again before you read the second.
Over all 'Sweet little lies' is a well written "no way" "omg" "i cant believe her!" page turner,and at the end Conrad once again leaves us wanting more-who is Madison and whats her secret? Now you all know that i adore this girl but i can honestly say that is the book was given to me to read and i did so without knowing the author id still love it. If your looking for a fun-juicy read...=]

'The carrie diaries'-candice bushnell.

Ahhh Carrie..ever wonder how she met Samantha Jones?
Or who carries first boy friend was?...or what her family was like?..
I honestly couldn't put this book down and read it all yesterday! It's fantastic..and we all know that Bushnell's a fantastic writer but i haven't read any of her work before. 'The Carrie diaries' is an interesting look into Carrie as an 18year old,and you realise why she is the way she is,Again it's a little "omg" and i loved it!.The twists...i have to admit all but the Samantha one i saw coming but that didn't make it any less exciting, it just made me right lol.
And as i finished the book and read the last words i was so mad that it was over! Annoyingly i cant find anywhere or anyone that seems to know if theres another one...cause its written like there should be..but Trust me-you have to read this book. =]

Mid week boredom

See this is the ritual i go through. The next season of something comes out and i have to watch it from the start just in time for the next season or in this case movie.
Partly because I'm OCD.
The other part is cause I own so many Series I sometimes mix the non-important characters up...he he =D

So thats what im doing now cause i cant wait for the second movie. =]

So today while Chris is at work I'm watching Sex & the City...and doing my assignments. Shit my life is so exciting aye?. lol

My birthday is in 2 days,and I'm terrified that no ones going to show up.
I even had a dream that it was just me alone at the roxy. No one else. Just me my dress,music and lights.
Siigh.
I honestly will be really devastated if no one comes.

Here's hoping that never happens.
