Okay, if by now you are still unaware of my obsession  adoration of this woman then you don't read this blog enough!

One of my dreams is to dress her one day, even for an hour. 

Not that she needs my help.

But heres what i'd put her in:

This wrap dress is super cute and perfect for Lauren,

It still keeps with her classy style but adds a casual twist.

This Rebecca Minkoff Striped tote is so adorable & defiantly on my wish list,

The strips add an extra casual detail to the look.

Add navy nail polish, cute brown pumps & Laurens signature Wishbone necklace & a simple gold bangle for accessories.

For makeup- winged liquid liner, long lashes, nude lips and some neutral blush  

for a slick classy-casual look.

I'd keep Laurens hair in that same flawless wave =]

And there you have it.

A causal twist on the already wonderfully stylish L.C.

Party season is officially here!

I have to admit that i love getting all dressed up & ready for a party,

more then i enjoy the actual event.

I love picking out my outfit,

doing my make up & hair. 

Parties give you a chance to dress a little different,

and show a different side that normal everyday wear doesn't quite always express.

So heres some styling types for this party season!

Inspiration-Smirnoff; vodka & blood orange.
Rock chic; Dont be afraid of a little leather. This look is all about the red lipstick so a sexy red, is a must!...along with liquid black liner. (remember one or the other. no momsen-ing it! )

With this look you can't really go over-board as this is what rocks all about. Stock up on leather,skulls & crucifixes.As well as everything inxs this look is about confidence in being the rebal.

wear to? Clubbing

 Inspiration-Smirnoff; ice

 Show stopper; one word. Sparkle! here you have two options. A wow dress or wow accessories. you don't want to look like a disco ball. This look works well with a little bit of skin as it's all about self confidence. A strapless, form fitting dress is great for this but remember- no one wants to see breakfast or to buy a can opener to get you out.

wear to? Clubbing.

Sweetheart; Think pastels,pinks & bows. The perfect dress is of course a "Sweetheart" neckline. =] Dont be afraid for bows on shoes. Light make up and a sweet scented perfume will keep this look...sweet.

Wear to? Dinner with parents, family re-union.

Fashionista;This is where you pull out that bold one-of-a-kind dress, statement shoes & bag!

rich colours and textured fabrics will definitely help with this look.

The idea is to look like you just through this together without thought. Remember to keep make up neutral with a statement dress.

Lady like; Black, Red ,White. Think Chanel, Lauren Conrad & Ann Hathaway.

A-line dresses work best creating a classic female figure. With this look your best friends are red lipstick & red nail polish! The key-Less is more..keep accessories and pattens to a minimum.

wear to? Fancy, romantic dinner. 

Inspiration-Smirnoff; cape cod.

laid back;Think draped fabric & light make up. this look is all about effortless fashion sense, and a kinda "meh whatever im here and i like what im wearing but don't care what you think & im not wearing heels for anyone!" vibe =] (hehehehehehheehe) 

again with this look; less is more, so keep make up light.

'Style' is basically a "how-to-build-your-wardrobe-guide"

Instead of a "if your a pear wear this..."

Its like an all inclusive personal stylist.

And when i say all inclusive i mean it.

....

LC doesn't just go through your wardrobe..

she raids your make-up bag,

takes you shoe shopping, 

and books in a hairstylist appointment for you.

And to tell you the truth.. it's a really good read.

She wrote the book as if she was talking to you as a friend

And..'Sugar & spice' 

the third book in the  'L.A candy' series is out as well!

I'm only up too Chapter 8 but already i love it.

I walked home cause i couldn't stop reading!

I will find out who Madison really is if it's the last thing i read!

When I finish it ill tell you exactly how good it is!

Sweet carrie candy.

I've been saying that i was going to do this for a while..and yes each book does deserve its own blog but there is a method to my madness...most of the time. =] So here we go...

La Candy;Sweet little lies-Lauren Conrad.

In her last book Lauren left us angry at Madison,a little mad at Jesse,mad at Jane for not listening to Scarlett and a little pissed off at Jane for being stupid with Barden.
Over all when 'La candy' finished you wanted more..needed more.And in Sweet little lies Lauren gives it to you. you can tell she enjoyed writing this one more as the characters are already established in the first book,its not so much "work" for the reader to remember who everyone is..and its easy to fall back into and not have to read the first again before you read the second.
Over all 'Sweet little lies' is a well written "no way" "omg" "i cant believe her!" page turner,and at the end Conrad once again leaves us wanting more-who is Madison and whats her secret? Now you all know that i adore this girl but i can honestly say that is the book was given to me to read and i did so without knowing the author id still love it. If your looking for a fun-juicy read...=]

'The carrie diaries'-candice bushnell.

Ahhh Carrie..ever wonder how she met Samantha Jones?
Or who carries first boy friend was?...or what her family was like?..
I honestly couldn't put this book down and read it all yesterday! It's fantastic..and we all know that Bushnell's a fantastic writer but i haven't read any of her work before. 'The Carrie diaries' is an interesting look into Carrie as an 18year old,and you realise why she is the way she is,Again it's a little "omg" and i loved it!.The twists...i have to admit all but the Samantha one i saw coming but that didn't make it any less exciting, it just made me right lol.
And as i finished the book and read the last words i was so mad that it was over! Annoyingly i cant find anywhere or anyone that seems to know if theres another one...cause its written like there should be..but Trust me-you have to read this book. =]

I'm off t find something in my closet of nothing to wear to see 'sex and the city 2'...the weather changed...again. *siigh* so my plans gone out the window...

A life thought is a like a train-of-thought combined with a purpose in life.
Its not the sole reason you live but just what you think about when you get the first step...(that will make so much more sense by the end of this blog...i hope)

Work.>.uni.>.money.>.clothes & shoes.>.Dvd collection.

In depth- I work so i have money to get to uni. I go to uni so i have money for clothes and shoes. And i buy heaps of clothes and shoes so that when i watch the hills i dont feel like my closet is so bad. =]

So today the sole reason I was able to pull myself out of bed at 7am this morning,was the knowledge that with this pay I could buy the 5th season of The Hills,and the second L.C book...and not feel broke. =]

Venting...

Now If you havent noticed from my Dvd collection or from the piture on the side of my blog I'm a huge fan of the Mtv series the hills.
Here in Australia Season five has just come out on Dvd so Collection isnt complete,But im obsessed.
And again,you can probley tell that I'm on team lauren.
She is my idol.
I worship the ground she walk on. =]
In saying that the following isnt a result of my adoration to lauren.

I have never been a Heidi montag fan. Before or after *shivers* spencer,before or after the fight,before or after the surgery..or anything she ever did.
Its not that i hate her-cause i dont know her.
Its just that shes always appeared so Cliché to me.
I dont believe that just cause your a girl and like to shop,and love fashion and whatever else that you have to be a barbie. And for me heidi is a typically manafactured shiny (plastic) Cliché. And because of that,shes always annoyed the hell out of me.

Then ontop of that she dates,gets engaged to,marrys, and makes stupid choices with the biggest Douchiest shadiest guy on the planet.( I mean seriously, he legally changed his name to King spencer pratt..come on,Douche!!!!)

And as much as i dont like her, she was BS (BEFORE SPENCER) a beautiful young woman,who embodied yet another Cliché of the "true american girl"



Now. AS (AFTER SPENCER)...Well..A wax figure at Madame Tussauds.


I dont understand.
I mean after the first round of surgery, she still looked like herself,she still look pretty,But this..This is joan rivers dipped in hot wax.Or Barbie brought to life..(not a good thing by the way)

I just dont understand...
